How Bookd works
Guests ask ChatGPT or Claude for a place to stay. Bookd shows them your rooms, your prices and your live availability, and sends the booking request straight to you.
1. We set you up
Send us your website or your Booking.com/Airbnb link. We build your Bookd page: photos, rooms, prices, house rules. You check it and say yes.
2. Calendars stay in sync
We read your Booking.com/Airbnb calendars every 15 minutes, and give you a Bookd calendar link to add there, so a room is never double-booked.
3. You approve each booking
A guest requests dates and their card is held for the deposit. You get an email with Accept / Decline. The card is only charged if you accept within 2 hours.
4. You get paid
Deposits go to your bank through Stripe; the guest pays the balance at your property. Bookd keeps 5% of the booking value, and nothing in your first month.
What you need
- Your website, or a Booking.com / Airbnb listing
- About 10 minutes to check your page and connect Stripe for payouts
- An email address (or phone) for booking requests
Cancellations
Guests can cancel free until 7 days before arrival (you can change this). After that, the deposit is yours.
